The Naomi and Philmore Baron Endowed Scholarship will be awarded to support the educational needs of students graduating from Baltimore City Schools, pursuing postsecondary education at an accredited college or university. Applicants must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher to be competitive. To be eligible to receive a scholarship, students must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or community college in the upcoming academic year.
