Central Scholarship's interest-free loan program is designed to support full-time degree-seeking students at all levels of postsecondary education. Loans are completely interest-free and fee-free throughout the life of the loan, and are repaid on a graduated 10-year scale after a one-year grace period following graduation. The eligibility for interest-free loans is the same criteria for students applying for degree-seeking scholarships. There is no separate application for an interest-free loan. Interest free loans are awarded based on the information provided in the degree seeking students' scholarship application and unmet need as determined by the student's Financial Aid Award Letter.
