The Wisconsin Hospital Association Foundation, Inc., Scholarship is open to a deserving student enrolled in the Substance Use Disorder Counseling, Dental Hygienist, Health Information Management & Technology, Medical Laboratory Technician, Nursing-Associate Degree, Paramedic Technician, Physical Therapist Assistant, Respiratory Therapy, Radiography, or Surgical Technologist program. Applicants must be continuing students at CVTC who will be attending the following spring semester. They must graduate after the following spring semester.
