Admitted transfer students are automatically considered for a merit scholarship based on a full review of their comprehensive academic performance and completed UTulsa application. The Tulsa Achieves Scholarship will be awarded to transfer students who completed at least 12 hours (or in progress) in the TCC Tulsa Achieves Program. The Fall admission deadline for best consideration is February 1 but the admission application is August 1. The Spring admission deadline for best consideration is October 1 but the admission application is December 1.
