The Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association Scholarship Endowment is available to students in the College of Business Administration, Engineering, and Social Sciences (Economics). Scholarship applicants must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in office leasing or commercial real estate, be a certified junior or senior degree-seeking student in good standing, be enrolled for a minimum of 12 hours each semester of awarding, and maintain a 3.0 GPA or better.
