The WSU Presidential Honor Scholarships may be awarded to first-year domestic and international students. For domestic students in the United States, the award amount is based on GPA. For international students, the award amount is based on test scores such as SAT, ACT, TOEFL (Internet), IELTS, Duolingo Test of English, or PTE Academic. Students will be automatically considered for this scholarship with their application to WSU.
