Bill Ginder established the Margaret and William Ginder Scholarship to help students without personal or family resources as long as they show academic or vocational potential and, especially, if they share his interest in economics or history. Applicants must be a graduating senior from Camas High School, who will continue their education at an accredited college, university, technical or career school during the upcoming school year. Preference will be given to students intending to pursue a degree in Economics or History.
