The USMA National Metric Scholarship Award is exclusively open to US high school senior students who demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting metric awareness and usage. Students may win a $2500 scholarship to be applied to tuition payments for an undergraduate degree. Second place winners will receive $1000. Applicants must provide a URL that illustrates their project accomplishments. There are no minimum ACT/SAT and GPA requirements. There are no residency or college major requirements. There is also no required state, college or university, race or heritage, student activities or parental requirements. US Citizenship is preferred.
