The C. A. Ensign Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide a scholarship for an eligible graduating senior. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior attending Newton Falls High School, Ohio. Preference will be given to those who display special talent or interest in the field of English and/or Journalism. Preference will also be given to applicants who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement.
