The C. A. Ensign Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide a scholarship for a graduating senior, preferably a minority student, at Newton Falls High School, Newton Falls, Ohio, who shows interest and talent in English and journalism. Preference will be given to those who display special talent or interest in English and/or Journalism, and those who identify as historically underserved students (Asian, African, Black/African American; Hispanic, Latino; American Indian, Alaska Native; Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander).
