The RISE Financial Literacy Scholarship is a need-based scholarship program that offers students $2,500 in scholarship dollars in exchange for completing 8 FDIC MoneySmart Financial Literacy units. Applicants must be a U.S, citizen or permanent resident. Their household income must not exceed 200 percent of the national poverty limit. There must be some form of non-federal income within the applicant's household. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior, or current student in a college, university, trade school.
