1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The APS Translational Research Award recognizes trainees at both the pre-doctoral and postdoctoral educational levels whose area of experimental research is translatable to industry applications: treatment development or improvement; diagnosis; mechanism of action; and health and wellness. These awards are presented at the APS annual meeting. The awardee must attend the American Physiology Summit. Applicants must be a U.S. graduate student or equivalent holding a bachelor's degree and enrolled in subsequent training or completion of a program leading to a doctorate degree. The applicant's sponsor must be a regular APS member in good standing at the time of application. Membership is not required for applicants. A copy of the first author abstract submitted to the American Physiology Summit meeting is required.
