The Hispanic Professionals Association of Tyler Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior or current college student who will attend or currently attending any college or university in the United States. Applicants must submit two references, one reference must have had in classroom experience with the applicant. Applicants must also submit a list of extracurricular and community service activities including hours, week, and year involved.
