Transfer scholarships will be awarded based on academic criteria. Final college transcripts and GPA affect awards. Applicants for the MSU Non-Resident Merit Scholarship Tier 1 for Transfer Students must be admitted to MSU as a new transfer student and have completed at least 24 hours of non-developmental, college-level credit.
