1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Foundation was established through the estate of Charlotte W. Newcombe, who greatly valued the importance of higher education. The student must be 25 and working toward their first undergraduate degree. Applications are not necessary, and all awards are made through the Office of Financial Aid.
