1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The From the Class of 1935, Edward T. Hodge Scholarship was established in 2006 by Mr. Hodge's estate. Edward T. Hodge was a graduate of Wakefield High School and wanted to help future graduates further their education. Applicants must be a current graduating senior from Wakefield High School in Wakefield, Nebraska. There will be a preference given to those students who may not be able to attend college without financial assistance. The applicant must be pursuing undergraduate studies at an accredited, qualified two-year or four-year college or university and demonstrate financial need. Recipients may renew this scholarship for a period of up to four years. To receive subsequent scholarship awards, previous recipients must annually submit their online renewal application and their cumulative college transcript(s).
