The Garden State Guarantee is a last-dollar program created to assist students in affording the cost of their education. Garden State Guarantee: Tier 1 guarantees that the net price of tuition and fees shall be $0 for students meeting eligibility criteria with an AGI of $0 to $65,000 in the students' third and fourth years of study toward a bachelor's degree. Applicants must complete their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) or HESAA NJ Alternative Application (NJ Dreamer students only) to apply for this scholarship.
