The Fell-Oskins Scholarship supports a student at The University of Montana who is pursuing an art career. Priority should be given to students whose homes are in Park County, Wyoming, or the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming. Demonstrated interest in their chosen field of study should have a greater influence on recipient selection than need.
