The Hand Up Endowed Scholarship is available to undergraduate or graduate (master or doctorate level) who are in good standing at Tarleton State University, majoring in one of the following majors/areas of study: engineering, computer science, construction science or engineering technology, biological sciences, chemistry, physics, or mathematics, pre-nursing, nursing, nursing administration or nursing education, or criminal justice. First preference will be given to PELL grant eligible with second preference given to financial need.
