The Distinguished Scholar Award is open to freshmen students who applied for admission to Oakland University. The are two criteria for this scholarship: 1) Students must have a high school GPA of 3.90 or higher, an SAT score of 1300-1380, and an ACT composite score of 28-30. 2) Students must have a high school GPA of 3.80-3.89, an SAT score of 1300 or higher, and an ACT composite score of 28 or higher. The OU total awards cannot exceed the cost of tuition. Students are automatically considered upon admission.
