The Indiana University of Pennsylvania President's Scholar is available to first-time and transfer students applying for admission to the university. The award amounts are determined based on a combination of their high school GPA and SAT/ACT score (if they have one). Students will be notified of their scholarship award by mail within a couple of weeks after they receive their admission packet.
