The Tulsa Community College TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) Tuition Waiver is open to low-income and potential first-generation college students. Students must be residents of Tulsa, Creek, or Osage County. Applicants must not have previously obtained a four-year college degree and be interested in pursuing a higher education program.
