The University of Minnesota, Duluth Best of Class Scholarship is open to students who are Minnesota residents and ranked number 1 or number 2 in their high school class with a 3.9 and above GPA. Students must submit their application by December 15 and complete their application file by February 1 to be eligible. Later applications may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.
