The UW-Stout Out of State Scholarship is open to transfer students or recent high school graduates admitted to UW-Stout as first-year, full-time, degree-seeking students for the fall semester. Students must be residents of another state with non-resident status and enrolled as on-campus students. Students from IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, and SD are ineligible, as they qualify for reduced tuition through reciprocity or other waiver programs.
