The University of Oregon General University Scholarships are available for both resident and non-resident incoming freshmen students. This scholarship is awarded to students based on their scholastic achievement, and selection is highly competitive. Students must demonstrate writing ability and creativity as demonstrated in responses to short-answer essay questions. General University Scholarships are awarded for one year only.
