The Upper Cumberland Valedictorian/Salutatorian Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen who have been designated as the Valedictorian or Salutatorian at an Upper Cumberland public high school. Students must have graduated from high school in the fall or spring immediately preceding entering Tech. All students must enter the name and email address of at least one and up to three recommenders to submit the scholarship application.
