The Maine Scholarship Commitment Program is awarded to incoming freshmen students based on their academic performance in high school, including GPA and rigor of coursework. Standardized test scores, such as the SAT and ACT, are optional for admissions and may be considered if they are available at the time of the scholarship review. Students may receive an annual award range of $2,000 - $9,000 if they apply on December 1, 2024, and an annual award range of $2,000 - $5,000 after the early action deadline.
