1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The UMass Lowell Chancellor's Scholarship is available to a select number of most academically qualified admitted freshmen who are permanent residents of Massachusetts. There is no additional application required. Admissions applications must be received by the Early Action Deadline to be considered for this scholarship.
