The Vladimir and Olga Poder Fund Fellowship is open to Estonian-speaking students attending Columbia. The fellowship cannot be greater than $2,000 annually. To verify that the students speak Estonian, they must submit a letter from the NY Estonian House. Students interested in applying for this scholarship must contact their respective school's financial aid office.
