The Central Michigan University Multicultural Advancement Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen who have shown interest in the advancement of underrepresented groups in American society. This interest may be demonstrated through past activities or through educational aspirations. This scholarship recognizes a select few high school graduates. As a student enrolled full-time in courses on campus, you will receive $4,125 per academic year for up to four consecutive years. This award has a total approximate value of up to $16,500. Students must have previously exemplified in high school and pledged a continued commitment at Central Michigan University to academic achievement, community service, enhancing diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion.
