The WUE Distinguished Cougar Award is open to non-resident first-year students with a minimum 3.7 unweighted high school grade point average. Funds from the WUE Distinguished Cougar Award will be credited against non-resident tuition charges. Applicants must enroll at the Pullman campus as a first-time, first-year, or transfer student. This scholarship cannot be combined with the National Merit Award. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
