1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The WUE Distinguished Cougar Award is open to non-resident first-year students with a minimum 3.7 unweighted high school grade point average. Funds from the WUE Distinguished Cougar Award will be credited against non-resident tuition charges. Applicants must enroll at the Pullman campus as a first-time, first-year, or transfer student.
