The Presidential Palmetto Scholarship is for SC Palmetto Fellows recipients. This scholarship covers Full tuition, student fee, room and board inclusive of other Federal, State, and Outside Scholarships/Grants. The Presidential Palmetto Scholarship does not cover the cost of lab fees, inclusive access fees, fines, private music lessons, and/or private room charges.
