The Frank & Jean Hubbard Endowed Scholarship is open to students who are graduates of North Pocono High School. The recipient must receive a recommendation from the Principal of North Pocono High School. The student must show unmet financial need after other possible forms of financial aid have been awarded. Students may submit an optional resume (second-year only). The scholarship must be used within one academic year.
