The Thomas M. Menino Scholarship is open to students who are graduates of Boston public high schools. Students are selected based on their academic achievement, leadership, and merit by a committee of representatives from Boston University, Boston Public Schools, and the Boston Mayor's Office. Residence in Boston University housing on the Charles River or Fenway campus is required of recipients of this award.
