The UT Scouting Award Scholarship is available to deserving students attending The University of Texas at Austin who hold a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Award or Venturing Silver Award. In cases where more than one student applies, financial need is considered, with preference given to qualifying students with the greatest need. Current UT undergraduates and incoming external transfer undergraduates can apply through the OSFA Continuing & Transfer Student Scholarship Application, available from November through mid-March each year. All entering first-time undergraduate students are encouraged to submit the Scholarship Interest Form to be considered for the maximum number of scholarships from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
