The McNichols Puritan Lodge Community Counsel (MPLCC) Scholarship is open to high school students who are residents of the McNichols Puritan Lodge Community Counsel (MPLCC) area, which includes the boundaries of West McNichols on the north, Lodge Freeway to the south, with Livernois on the west, and Log Cabin and Idaho Streets on the east.
