The Emory University National Merit Scholarship is open to students who are finalists of National Merit, selected as a school-sponsored scholar, and notify the National Merit Scholarship Corporation that Emory is their first-choice college. Students chosen as school-sponsored National Merit Scholars will receive an Emory-sponsored scholarship of $2,000 annually for four years of attendance. Finalists may also be chosen to receive other sponsored scholarships by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. Recipients are selected based on their SAT/NMSQT performance.
