The Turner Scholarship is awarded to first-year students from rural high schools with outstanding academic records and demonstrated need. Applicants must provide the School Counselor Recommendation (or School Report Form if using the Common Application) to the appropriate person in your school counseling office and request that they send the completed recommendation directly to Belmont.
