The Dr. Linda B. Akanbi Annual Scholarship for Education Majors supports undergraduate students enrolled in the Bagwell College of Education who are members of organizations such as the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority or Black Teachers Matter student organization, whose missions seek to advance the needs of populations historically underrepresented in education preparatory programs.
