The Lelia L. Vickers Leadership Studies Doctoral Program Endowed Scholarship is available to students majoring in Leadership Studies at North Carolina A&T State University's Doctoral Program. Preference will be given to economically disadvantaged students. The general endowed scholarship application is available each academic year beginning February 1st. The priority deadline is March 1st; however, applications will continue to be accepted and reviewed after this date, based on available funding. Students who qualify for multiple scholarships will be awarded the scholarship with the criteria to which they most closely align.
