The Troy E. Quinn Award is open to full-time degree-seeking freshmen. Students are automatically considered upon admission. For the best award consideration, applicants should submit an application by December 1st. Students applying after December 1st will be considered pending funding availability. This award is not available for spring admits. Students awarded full academic and/or athletic scholarships are not eligible to receive other MSU institutional awards.
