The Return 2 College Scholarship Program is open to U.S. citizens or legal residents who are starting a program of higher education (college or graduate school) within the next 12 months or are currently college students. Applicants must be 17 years old or older. There is no maximum age limit. The essay requirement does not allow for many words. The sponsor wants students to focus on the most important reason for getting their degree. Nevertheless, the sponsor realizes that some students may want to say more.
