The William "Peasy" Johnson Scholarship will be awarded to students who have resided in San Diego County for at least one year. Applicants must be graduating seniors of Lincoln High School, Hoover High School, or Morse High School. They must plan to enroll at an accredited four-year university, community college, or licensed career/technical school in the United States in fall. Applicants must be engaged in their community through their involvement in extra-curricular, community service and/or work activities.
