The Steve Petix Journalism Scholarship will be awarded to graduating Grossmont Union High School District seniors who plan to pursue a career in journalism or related writing careers at an accredited community college or four-year university in the United States in fall. Preference will be given to students who have been involved in their school newspaper or serve as yearbook staff.
