The Rancho Bernardo/Smith Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors from Rancho Bernardo. Applicants must plan to attend an accredited university in fall. They must have a demonstrated commitment to the Rancho Bernardo community through their involvement in extra-curricular activities, community service, sports or work experience. Special consideration will be given to applicants who have lost one or both parents while in high school.
