The Central Region DECA awards the Bob Foehlinger Memorial Scholarship to DECA members who intend to pursue a course of study in entrepreneurship, finance, hospitality, management or marketing and are members of the DECA region. Applicants must be a current DECA member to be eligible for DECA scholarships. They may ask their school counselor if their school has a DECA chapter and register through the chapter advisor. Applicants in all grade levels, from high school freshmen to collegiate members, are welcome to apply. Scholarships are awarded based on the specific criteria as well as DECA involvement, leadership ability, community service and academic performance.
