The Helping Hands to Members - Disaster Relief Grant provides up to $5,000 in financial assistance to current Sons of Norway members who have maintained active membership for at least one year and whose primary residence has been rendered unlivable due to a natural disaster. Eligible events include floods, wildfires, hurricanes, tornados, and other catastrophic occurrences. The grant is intended to support recovery efforts for significant property damage and is available exclusively for the member's primary home. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and must be submitted within 24 months of the date the damage occurred.
