The Sam Blackman Girls in Tech Scholarship is open to graduates of Portland Public High Schools, North Clackamas High School, David Douglas High School or Centennial School District and GED and home-schooled graduates from Clackamas, Damascus, Gresham, Happy Valley, Johnson City, Milwaukee, or Portland. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
