The O'Banion Family Scholarship is open to graduating female seniors of Milwaukie High School who are from an immigrant family. Applicants must have a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
