The NERA (North Eugene Retirees Association) Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of North Eugene High School. Financial need may or may not be considered, but filing of FAFSA is still required. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
