The Isabel and Mary Ellen Gill Scholarship is open to graduating seniors of Newberg High School. Preference is given to students planning a career as a teacher or educator. Financial need is a consideration, and filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
